Blackened Red Snapper
Butter-seared red snapper with bold blackening seasoning gives you a simple seafood dinner with big flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 filet of red snapper
- 1/4 stick of butter
- Blackening seasoning (Paul Prudhomme is recommended)
Directions
- Use your hot plate to heat your skillet to around 400 degrees and melt the butter.
- Section your fillet into smaller pieces for easier cooking and eating.
- Toss the fish pieces in seasoning until coated.
- Cook the fish until all pieces are a blackish, dark brown shade, tossing occasionally.
- Let cool before enjoying.
