Our team drivers follow a career path from Select to Premier to Elite, with Select and Premier team drivers earning between $60,000–$97,000+ annually. Team Elite drivers, those with at least 9 months of teaming experience, earn $77,000–$130,000+.
Incentives & Bonuses
Werner drivers have guaranteed weekly pay of up to $1,600 on select accounts across the country.
