The group advocates for and support associates affected by both visible and non-visible disabilities. Our commitment is to educate and encourage awareness and resources for all associates, helping to foster a culture of acceptance and understanding regarding disabilities.

Blue Brigade
A dedicated team of compassionate associates who volunteer their time and skills to serve the community. Its purpose is to provide these willing associates with opportunities to engage with local and national non-profit organizations.

We empower and promote the advancement of Werner Latino Associates through networking, career development, education and community service.
Core Areas of Focus:
- Networking: Provides opportunities for associates to advance their careers and connect with others through Sociedad Werner-sponsored events.
- Education: Offers resources to help develop both technical and personal skills.
- Career Development: Provides tools that will assist Werner associates in advancing their careers.
- Community Engagement: Promotes Werner in the community by volunteering and participating in local events.

- Foster a strong sense of belonging and community among Asian and Middle Eastern associates.
- Support the professional and personal growth of all Asian and Middle Eastern associates.
- Raise awareness and encourage discussions about Asian and Middle Eastern cultures.

- Retain: Support the retention of Black associates and allies by creating networking, mentorship and professional development opportunities
- Engage: Enhance visibility, advocacy and empowerment for Black associates at Werner, while fostering cultural awareness and competency throughout our workplace.

WEPact aims to amplify the voices of working parents and caregivers while fostering a sense of community and driving positive change for our associates.

- Attract: Ensure inclusivity for LGBTQ+ associates and their families to help recruit and retain top talent.
- Retain: Create a safe space for associates, provide accessible networking resources, and develop career plans to demonstrate that LGBTQ+ associates are valued members of the organization.
- Engage: Promote outreach efforts nationwide within the LGBTQ+ community to enhance our inclusivity initiatives.

- Networking: This will include a social media platform for veterans and their families, as well as a structure to address veteran-specific issues and ideas.
- Career Development: The career focus features a mentoring program and a platform for speaking events, allowing veterans to gain valuable industry knowledge and insights.
- Readiness: This area will emphasize learning and development while also facilitating access to both internal and external resources available to veterans and their families.

Aims to represent and support Young Emerging Leaders in the organization by providing them with opportunities to engage, develop and guide us into the future.
The goal of YEL is to actively promote Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives that will support the growth of stakeholders within the organization through the following efforts:
- Engage: Connect emerging leaders with current organizational leaders, internal peers and external industry professionals.
- Enhance: Offer company resources for the development of both technical and personal skills to facilitate future advancement.
- Guide: Represent and provide insights on corporate matters on behalf of our young associates.
