Responsibilities: Full Time / Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Assist customers with Transportation solutions by load planning, driver management, and all customer service functions needed to ensure satisfaction, high production levels, on-time delivery, and minimal deadhead within the Dedicated operations. Supervise on-site employees on day to day issues. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree (Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics) and/or one to two years fleet management experience preferred. A minimum of three years combined dispatch and customer service experience, Excellent CRT and human relations abilities required. Experience in the transportation industry a must.
